We offer laundry services currently only in Lagos and Ogun state. For General Merchandise orders, we deliver nationwide across all 36 states and the FCT.
Laundry Service Delivery (Lagos and Ogun state)
- Free delivery and pickup services for laundry orders within Lagos and Ogun state.
- Delivery and pickup times will be arranged in advance with the customer.
- We are not responsible for delays or failures in delivery or pickup due to circumstances beyond our control.
E-commerce Delivery
- Free delivery for orders within Lagos and Ogun state.
- For orders outside Lagos and Ogun state:
- Free delivery for orders N100,000 and above.
- Orders below N100,000 attract a delivery fee, which varies depending on location.
- Delivery times will be arranged in advance with the customer.
- We are not responsible for delays or failures in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.
Return Policy
- Non-Food Items: You have the right to return non-food items (house essentials, accessories, electronics, etc.) within one week (7 days) from the date of delivery.
- Return Criteria: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, with all original packaging and accessories included. For electronic items, you may need to open the packaging to test the item. If the item is defective or does not meet your expectations, you can return it within the specified timeframe.
- Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours. We will accept returns of damaged items and provide a replacement or refund.
- Food Items: All food sales are final. Once you receive and sign for your order, it cannot be returned.
Refund Policy
- Cancellation Window: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
- Cancellation Fee: If you cancel your order after 24 hours, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of cancellation.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
Gift Policy
Gift items can be returned within one week (7 days) from the date of delivery. Gift credits will be issued for returned gift items.
